Ingredients:

• 1 cup – urad flour
• 2.5 cup – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – Methi powder
• 2 tsp – besan (optional)
• 1 tsp – Curd or buttermilk

Method:

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients.
  2. Then add water slowly until you get the required consistency.
  3. Leave it overnight to ferment.
  4. The next day, heat a tava and make dosas.
