Ingredients:

• 2 cup – basmati Rice
• 3.5 cup – water
• 8 tbsp – oil
• 4 – boiled eggs
• 5 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – small sticks of Cinnamon
• 3 – Cloves
• 1/4 tbsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves – a few sprigs

Method:

  1. Cut eggs into half (8 pieces)
  2. Chop chillies and onion into small pieces
  3. Add oil in a pan and heat it
  4. Then add cinnamon, cloves, ginger-garlic paste, chillies, onions and fry it for 3 mins
  5. Wash the rice and add water, add turmeric, eggs, the sauted mixture and salt to taste
  6. Cook this in electric rice cooker
  7. Serve hot after garnishing with coriander leaves on top
