Ingredients:

• 1 lb – cat fish fillets (or any other)
• 1 handful – Coriander leaves
• 3 – Cloves of Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder and Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – freshly pounded black pepper
• 1 tsp -dhaniya
• 1 tbsp – Corn starch and soy souse
• 1 tsp – fresh Tamarind juice or kokum or both
• salt
• oil

Method:

  1. Mix fish in soy sauce and marinate it for 15 mins and then wash it.
  2. Grind all ingredients except corn flour.
  3. Mix it with fish and marinate it for 15 mins.
  4. Then mix corn starch and then shallow fry it in low flame.
