Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1 kg
• Ginger – 100-150 g
• Green chillies – 10-12
• Onion – 200 g
• Capsicum – 1 medium
• Soya sauce – 1 tsp
• Corn flour – 1 tbsp
• Celery and spring onions, chopped – 1 tbsp each
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash and marinate chicken with salt for 1/2 hour.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped ginger and saute till it softens.
- Then add the chicken and saute for 10 mins.
- Now add water and cook for 10-15 mins.
- Then add the diced onion, green chillies and capsicum to it.
- Saute until tender.
- Mix the corn flour with 1/4 cup water and add to the chicken. Boil for 2- 3 mins.
- Garnish with celery and spring onion.
