• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Hot water – 1/2 cup
• Cashew nut powder – 1 cup
- Combine sugar with water in a microwave safe bowl and stir till the sugar is dissolved.
- Cook on full power uncovered 6-8 mins, stirring 3 times (the syrup must form a soft ball when dropped in cold water).
- Add 1 cup cashew powder.
- Beat till thick.
- Spread on a greased surface, cool and cut into pieces.
