Ingredients:
• Cooked Rice – 2 cups
• Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
• Urad Dal – 1 tbsp
• Channa Dhal – 1 tbsp
• Red Chillies – 3 – 4
• Salt – To taste
• Haldi powder – 1/4 tsp
• Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
- Now add the urad and channa dal and saute until golden brown.
- Add red chillies, salt and turmeric powder.
- Now, mix the cooked rice in a large bowl with the fried ingredients.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve with chutney.
