• 1.5 cups – low-fat vanilla yogurt
• 4 tbsp – Honey
• sliced fresh fruits
• dry desiccated Coconut (unsweetened)/ low-cal crushed granola, for garnish


  1. In a large bowl, put the yogurt. Add honey over the yogurt in a spider web like manner (for a more dash of colour you may use dark chocolate syrup in place of honey). Chill for half an hour.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh fruits.
  3. Top with desiccated coconut or granola and serve immediately.
