• 1.5 cups – low-fat vanilla yogurt
• 4 tbsp – Honey
• sliced fresh fruits
• dry desiccated Coconut (unsweetened)/ low-cal crushed granola, for garnish
- In a large bowl, put the yogurt. Add honey over the yogurt in a spider web like manner (for a more dash of colour you may use dark chocolate syrup in place of honey). Chill for half an hour.
- Sprinkle with fresh fruits.
- Top with desiccated coconut or granola and serve immediately.
