Ingredients:
• 1 lb – all purpose flour
• oil for frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix two spoons of oil and and salt (to taste) with all purpose flour and then add water and make a good dough.
- Make small roll like puri.
- Heat a fry pan in medium heat with oil for frying.
- When oil is hot fry the rolls (luchis).
- Serve the luchis with curry or bhaja.
