Ingredients:

• 150 ml. – Milk
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Milk masala

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Put to heat, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce, simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into cup from a height.
  5. This way a lot of froth will form on the milk.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of milk masala on top.
  7. Serve piping hot.
