Ingredients:

• 1 tin – Evaporated Milk
• 1 tin – Condensed Milk
• 1 tub – Whipped Cream
• 1 tbsp – Elaichi powder
• A pinch of Saffron
• Chopped nuts

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to make a thick batter.
  2. Arrange this batter in small bowls.
  3. Garnish with the remaining saffron and nuts, and freeze for 7 hours.
  4. The no-cook easy kulfi is ready.
