Ingredients:

• 2 small Sweet Potatoes
• 750 ml full Cream Milk
• Sugar to taste
• For garnishing:
• Pistachios and Almond slivers
• Few strands of Saffron

Method:

  1. Wash, peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
  2. Heat milk in a pan and add the sweet potato pieces.
  3. Cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally.
  4. Mash the sweet potato pieces when cooked.
  5. Add the sugar, cook for some time.
  6. Serve hot or cold garnished with almonds, pistachios and saffron.
