• 2 small Sweet Potatoes
• 750 ml full Cream Milk
• Sugar to taste
• For garnishing:
• Pistachios and Almond slivers
• Few strands of Saffron
- Wash, peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
- Heat milk in a pan and add the sweet potato pieces.
- Cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally.
- Mash the sweet potato pieces when cooked.
- Add the sugar, cook for some time.
- Serve hot or cold garnished with almonds, pistachios and saffron.
