Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron
• Grind to a fine powder:
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 2 tsps – Cardamom
• 5-8 – Peppercorns
• 1/4 cup – Almonds
• 1/4 cup – Cashew nuts
• 1/4 cup – Pista
• 1/4 cup – Melon seeds
• 2 tsps – Khus Khus
• Sugar

Method:

  1. Take a pan add milk add saffron and then add sugar and heat till sugar dissolves.
  2. To the milk, add the powdered spices. Stir and switch off the heat.
  3. Heat the milk for a few seconds.
  4. Cool it at room temperature.
  5. Cool it then in refrigerator and serve.
