• Cauliflower 1
• Egg 4
• Oil 3 tsp
• Jeerakam 1 tsp
• Onion 1
• Green chillies 3
• Salt to taste
- Cut the cauliflower and boil it for 10 minutes.
- Chop the onion and chillies and fry them till onion turns golden brown, add jeerakam to it.
- Add the cauliflower to it and add the eggs to it.
- Add salt and turn it carefully with a spoon.
- Remove it and serve hot with tomato sauce.
