Ingredients:

• Cauliflower 1
• Egg 4
• Oil 3 tsp
• Jeerakam 1 tsp
• Onion 1
• Green chillies 3
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the cauliflower and boil it for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the onion and chillies and fry them till onion turns golden brown, add jeerakam to it.
  3. Add the cauliflower to it and add the eggs to it.
  4. Add salt and turn it carefully with a spoon.
  5. Remove it and serve hot with tomato sauce.
