Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – green chillies, chopped
• 1 Pinch – Haldi powder
• Salt – for taste
• 1 tbsp – fresh Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil, add chopped onion, chillies and tomato and fry a bit, till onion becomes golden brown.
  2. Break the egg and put the yolk in the pan.
  3. Add coriander, haldi and salt.
  4. Add ketchup and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
