Ingredients:

• 6 slices – bread, cut into halves
• 2 – Egg yolks, lightly beaten
• 2 – Egg whites, beaten stiffly
• 2 – boiled potatoes, peeled and smashed
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 2 tbsp – butter, melted
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• For frying – oil

Method:

  1. Mix well, mashed potatoes, butter, cheese, pepper, salt and chilli sauce.
  2. Add lightly beaten egg yolk.
  3. Make 12 portions of the mixture.
  4. Apply on the bread slices.
  5. Coat with beaten egg whites.
  6. Deep fry, till it turns golden brown.
  7. Serve with chips.
