Ingredients:

• 2.5 cup – Chicken pieces
• 2 – eggs
• 1 – spring onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Boil the chicken pieces along with salt and pepper powder and enough water.
  2. Slightly beat the eggs.
  3. Add the chopped onions to the beaten eggs and stir well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture slowly into the boiling stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  5. Let it boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
