Ingredients:

• 3 cup – cooked Rice
• 4 – Egg
• 2 – Onions cut finely
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• 4 tsp – oil
• Coriander – a few sprigs

Method:

  1. Heat a pan with oil and add in the onions, green chillies and fry until golden brown in colour
  2. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute
  3. Break the eggs into it and mix well
  4. Allow the eggs to cook
  5. When the eggs are done scramble them, add in the cooked rice, salt, pepper powder and mix well.
  6. Fry for 3-4 minutes, garnish with coriander and serve hot
