Ingredients

– 2 cups basmati rice
– 2 cups water
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 3 eggs
– 3 tablespoon milk
– 2 tablespoon butter or ghee
– 2 finely chopped spring onion
– 2 finely chopped green chilies
– 4-5 chopped garlic cloves

How To Cook?

1. Take a microwave safe bowl an add basmati rice to it and boil the rice in the microwave for 12 to 15 minutes at 100% power, covered. When it read keep it aside to make it cool.
2. Now, take another microwave safe dish, add beaten eggs, 2 tablespoon butter and milk and microwave it at 80%of power for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in between.
3. Now, add garlic, green chilies, pepper, salt and chopped spring onions and microwave it for 2 to 3 minutes at 80% power.
4. Then, mix cooked eggs and boiled rice together and serve hot with curry or Raita.
