Ingredients:
• 5 – Egg
• 2 – Clove
• 2 – Cinnamon
• 2 – Cardamom
• 1 cup – chopped bell peppers
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 cup – Coconut Milk
• Salt
• 5 – Green chillies
• 1/4 cup – chopped coriander
• 4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, add sliced onion and saute.
- Add slit green chillies, coriander and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
- Add chopped bell peppers, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, mix everything and add boiled eggs
- Add coconut milk and simmer for 10 min
- Serve
