Ingredients:
• Egg – 4
• Onion – 3
• Oil – 1-2 tbsp
• Tomatoes – 2
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
• Garlic paste – 3/4 tsp
• A pinch of Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
- In a pan, fry chopped onions till they turn pink.
- Add garlic paste and fry till fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Fry till the tomatoes turn pulpy.
- Break the eggs on this mixture and cover it completely.
- Cook on a low flame for 15 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, slice and serve.
