Ingredients:

• 3 – Egg
• 2 – onions, ground
• 8 – garlic, ground
• Whole Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 4 – Green chillies, slit
• 1/2 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 3 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – Cream
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Hard boil eggs, cool and cut into halves
  2. Heat ghee, fry egg halves lightly and remove
  3. In the same ghee, put whole garam masala.
  4. Then fry onion and garlic paste together. Add tomatoes.
  5. When the ghee starts separating, put slit green chillies, chilli powder and salt.
  6. Pour milk. Now add the fried eggs, when it boils, turn off the gas and put the cream. Serve hot with rice or chapattis.
