Ingredients:

• 4 – hard boiled eggs
• 2 – onions, large
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Tamarind pulp (as per taste)
• 2 tsp – salt
• 5 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Chop the onions and fry them in 4 tbsp of oil on medium flame
  2. Once the onions turn golden brown colour switch the flame off and let it cool
  3. Once cool, grind the onion along with the tamarind pulp
  4. Take the boiled eggs make a few slits on them
  5. Now heat the remaining oil and fry the eggs in the oil for some time (3-4 minutes)
  6. Then put the onion paste into it.
  7. Add the red chilli and coriander powder, simmer for a few minutes and serve
