Ingredients:

• eggs – 4
• Fenugreek leaves- 1 bunch
• Onion – 1
• Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Garlic Cloves – 4
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and splutter
  2. Then add garlic and when the garlic turns golden brown add onion and saute
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
  4. Then add the fenugreek and cook it for some time
  5. Finally pour, pour the eggs in to the fenugreek and cook
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatti or paratha.
