Ingredients:
• 1 dozen – Mutton chops
• 3 -eggs
• 1 cup -bread crumbs
• 2 tsp -lemon juice
• Oil
• Grind to a paste:
• 2 -onions
• 3 -green chillies
• 4- Cinnamon sticks
• 4 -cloves
• 1″ -ginger
• 4 -cardamoms
• 1 tsp- black pepper
• salt
Method:
- Mix the lime juice to the ground masala.
- Marinate the mutton chops with the above mixture. Keep aside for 2.5 hours.
- Beat the egg in a vessel.
- Apply the beaten egg on each chop and roll in the bread crumbs.
- Fry the chops.
- Steam the fried chops in a pressure cooker for 1/2 an hour.
