Ingredients:

• 1 packet – noodles
• 2 – eggs
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 1/8 tsp – Basil
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp – Onion powder
• 1/4 tsp – curry powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Mint leaves
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Boil noodles in water.
  2. Drain and run under cold water. Keep aside.
  3. Beat eggs and add salt and pepper.
  4. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
  5. Fry egg till well scrambled.
  6. Remove and keep aside.
  7. Heat remaining oil.
  8. Fry noodles for 2 mins.
  9. Add eggs and remaining masalas except mint leaves.
  10. Mix it well and let it cook for 5 mins.
  11. Put in a plate.
  12. Garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.
