Ingredients:
• 4 – hard boiled eggs, chopped into pieces
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1 – onion chopped
• 2- green chilli chopped
• 1 tsp – chopped, coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – baking soda
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients together (except the oil) to form a sticky batter.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan till smoky.
- Drop in a teaspoonful of batter at a time into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
- Drain and serve with tomato sauce.
