Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• 50 g – paneer, grated
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 – onion, big
• 2 – tomatoes, big
• 2 squares – noodles
• Add to taste: Coriander powder
• Pepper powder
• Garam Masala powder
• Turmeric
• Chilli powder
• Salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute
- Add garam masala powder, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and fry well.
- Add onions and fry till it becomes translucent
- Add cut tomatoes and allow this to boil
- Later add grated paneer after a while
- Fry for 2 mins
- Scramble eggs with pepper and salt
- Now the egg paneer mixture ix ready
- Now prepare noodles with necessary water and masala (in the noodles pack or veg/chicken stock)
- Add the egg paneer mix and mix for 3 mins and allow it to blend with boiled noodles
- Garnish with coriander leaves
