Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 50 g – paneer, grated
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 – onion, big
• 2 – tomatoes, big
• 2 squares – noodles
• Add to taste: Coriander powder
• Pepper powder
• Garam Masala powder
• Turmeric
• Chilli powder
• Salt

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute
  2. Add garam masala powder, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and fry well.
  3. Add onions and fry till it becomes translucent
  4. Add cut tomatoes and allow this to boil
  5. Later add grated paneer after a while
  6. Fry for 2 mins
  7. Scramble eggs with pepper and salt
  8. Now the egg paneer mixture ix ready
  9. Now prepare noodles with necessary water and masala (in the noodles pack or veg/chicken stock)
  10. Add the egg paneer mix and mix for 3 mins and allow it to blend with boiled noodles
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves
