Ingredients:

• 2 – Egg
• 2 – Onion
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1 – Tomato (made into paste)
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Curry leaves – a few
• 6 slices – bread

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry onions till brown
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, tomato paste and curry leaves.
  3. Add beaten egg, cinnamon powder and red chilli powder.
  4. Keep stirring on a low flame till bhaji is cooked
  5. Serve hot with bread
