Ingredients:

• Carrots – 150 g
• Raisins – 1/2 cup
• Honey – 1/3 cup
• Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp
• Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tsp
• Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
• Chopped Walnuts – 1 tbsp
• Water – 1/2 cup
• Butter – 1 tbsp melted
• Soda – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Combine them with raisins, honey, butter, water, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Cook on a low flame for 10 minutes and cool
  4. Add remaining ingredients and pour in a well greased loaf mould
  5. Bake in a mode oven (160 degrees centigrade) till done, about 40 minutes
