Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 cups – Maida
• 1/2 cup – Oats
• 3/4 tsp – baking soda
• 3/4 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 3/4 cup – choc chips
• Wet Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup – oil
• 2 – Banana
• 2 tbsp – water

Method:

  1. Puree the banana in a mixie.
  2. Transfer it to a wide mouthed bowl.
  3. Add sugar and oil to this mixture.
  4. Mix it briskly for 2 mins. with an electric beater
  5. To this add the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and water.
  6. Mix gently, stir in the choc chips.
  7. Pre heat the oven in 160 degree C for 5 mins.
  8. Spoon the muffin liner with 3/4 of the banana mixture.
  9. Bake for 18-20 mins.
  10. Cool it and serve.
