Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp – Corn starch
• 1/3 cup – Sugar
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla
• 1.5 tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Mix the sugar, milk and corn starch in a non-stick thick bottom saucepan
  2. Add the milk gradually, whisking lightly and cook on medium heat until it thickens
  3. Add the vanilla and butter, stir and cool to set
  4. Serve, garnishing with a berry or caramel sauce
