Ingredients:
• 2 cup – all-purpose flour
• 3 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tin – sweetened condensed Milk
• 1/4 cup – Yoghurt
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
• Topping:
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – freshly grated Coconut
• 1 cup – Brown sugar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 degree .
- Line and dust a baking tray.
- Mix all the ingredients given for the topping and keep it aside.
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- In a bowl add condensed milk and butter, beat until creamy.
- To this mix well yoghurt and vanilla.
- Add flour and milk alternately and fold in the batter gently.
- Pour the batter in the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes till brown in colour.
- Spread the topping on to the cake.
- Set oven temperature to 225 degree and bake for 10 more minutes.
