Ingredients:

• 2 cup – all-purpose flour
• 3 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tin – sweetened condensed Milk
• 1/4 cup – Yoghurt
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
• Topping:
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – freshly grated Coconut
• 1 cup – Brown sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degree .
  2. Line and dust a baking tray.
  3. Mix all the ingredients given for the topping and keep it aside.
  4. Sift flour and baking powder.
  5. In a bowl add condensed milk and butter, beat until creamy.
  6. To this mix well yoghurt and vanilla.
  7. Add flour and milk alternately and fold in the batter gently.
  8. Pour the batter in the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes till brown in colour.
  9. Spread the topping on to the cake.
  10. Set oven temperature to 225 degree and bake for 10 more minutes.
