Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 7 tbsp – Sugar
• 1.5 tbsp – condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Cream
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• A few drops – red colour

Method:

  1. Boil the milk. Mix corn flour with a little cold milk and add to the boiling milk
  2. Cook till slightly thick
  3. Add sugar and condensed milk
  4. Mix well or blend in a mixie
  5. When cold, add cream and mix again
  6. Add vanilla essence and a few drops of food colouring
  7. Freeze in a closed container
  8. Beat with eggbeater or in a blender after it is half set.
  9. Freeze again.
  10. This can also be set in ice cream containers (with sticks) for kids.
  11. There is no need to blend a second time when set in these containers.
