Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – Maida
• 2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1.5 cup – Mango puree
• 1/3 cup – oil
• 2/3 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder along with cardamom powder.
  2. Mix the oil, sugar, mango puree till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Gently mix with the flour.
  4. Transfer this to a baking tin and bake in a 180 degrees preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Cool it on a wire rack.
