Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup – Butter (at room temperature)
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1.5 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1 cup – rolled oats
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• Nutella spread as per need
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat the sugar and butter until they turn soft and creamy.
- Meanwhile mix the flours, baking soda and baking powder.
- Add pumpkin puree to the sugar-butter mixture and beat until the puree gets well mixed.
- Add all the dry ingredients along with milk and mix well with a spatula (don’t overmix).
- Pour the muffin batter over the muffin pan until 3/4th the level of the pan, gently drop the nutella spread in the centre of the muffins, arrange the muffin pan on the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Serve warm.
