Ingredients:
• 1 cup – All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 10 – Strawberry chunks
• 2 tbsp – Whipped Cream
Method:
- Add 1 tbsp sugar and strawberry chunks together and keep aside for a few minutes.
- Whip the cream until it holds a soft peak, cover and refrigerate for a few minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and 2 tbsp sugar and mix.
- Add small cubes of butter and mix until you get a coarse mixture.
- Transfer it to a large bowl, make a well and pour the milk.
- Stir gently with a fork.
- Grease a cake pan, pour the batter and bake for 10 minutes or until it has risen and become golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and slice the biscuits as you desire.
- Decorate with a few strawberries and whipped cream and serve.
