Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• 1.5 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/4 tsp – Baking soda
• 1/2 cup – Brown sugar
• 1/4 cup – Oil
• 3 Bananas (mashed)
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – Almond powder
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Take the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, almond powder in a bowl.
- Mix the mashed banana, oil, sugar and milk with a wooden spoon in another bowl until the sugar dissolves.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Do not over mix the batter or else the muffins will turn hard.
- Spoon the batter to the muffin tins and sprinkle few oats crumbs on the top and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let it cool.
