Ingredients:

• 2 – Tomatoes
• 2 – Potatoes
• 4 – Green chillies ( according to your taste)
• 2 – puthi dry fish ( Shidol)
• A handful – lentil (masoor dal)
• salt
• Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Boil tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies and lentil together till done.
  2. Roast the shidol and put it in warm water.
  3. Clean the fish, throw the bones away.
  4. In a vessel, take green chillies and salt to taste and mash it with a wooden masher or with a steel glass.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and mash it together.
  6. Add a little bit of the water in which you boiled the vegetable. This mixture should not become watery.
  7. Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice along with fish fry.
