Ingredients:
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 2 – Potatoes
• 4 – Green chillies ( according to your taste)
• 2 – puthi dry fish ( Shidol)
• A handful – lentil (masoor dal)
• salt
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Boil tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies and lentil together till done.
- Roast the shidol and put it in warm water.
- Clean the fish, throw the bones away.
- In a vessel, take green chillies and salt to taste and mash it with a wooden masher or with a steel glass.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mash it together.
- Add a little bit of the water in which you boiled the vegetable. This mixture should not become watery.
- Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice along with fish fry.
