Ingredients:

• 5 to 6 pieces – Bread
• 1 cup – semolina
• 1 cup – Malai
• 1 cup – carrots, grated
• 3 to 4 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix malai, salt, semolina, carrots and green chillies.
  2. Take one slice of bread and apply this mixture on the both sides.
  3. Heat a tawa and put the slice on it so that the malai start melting.
  4. Turn it upside down. Cook on both sides until brown.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
