Festive Coconut Milk Dosas

Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 1/3 cup – Urad Dal
• 2 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Fenugreek seeds
• 1/3 cup – Curd
• 1/2 tsp – soda bicarbonate

Method:

  1. Wash and soak rice, dal and fenugreek seeds for 6-7 hours
  2. Prepare 2 cups of coconut milk.
  3. Use this milk to grind the dosa batter.
  4. Add curds, soda, salt and mix well.
  5. Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
  6. Heat griddle, pour 1 spoon batter and make either thin or thick dosa
  7. Serve hot with coconut or onion chutney
