Ingredients:
• 3.75 l – Milk
• 1 dozen – eggs
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 30 ml – pure vanilla extract
• 1 pinch – Nutmeg
• 950 ml – whiskey
• 950 ml – brandy
• 475 ml – dark rum
• 475 ml – light rum
Method:
- Separate eggs. Mix yolks in milk.
- Stir in sugar.
- Save some sugar for egg whites.
- Stir in extract, whiskey, brandy and rum.
- Beat egg whites with sugar until it peaks.
- Pour on eggnog.
- Add nutmeg to peaks.
