Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – boneless fish
• 1 cup – Tomato puree (or 3 Tomatoes ground with 1 Clove Garlic and 9-10 hot chillies)
• 100 g – oil
• 1 bunch – Parsley or Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – salt

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with salt, tomato puree and parsley for at least for 4-5 hours in the fridge.
  2. Add the fish to a greased baking tray and cover it with foil.
  3. Bake it for 30 minutes at 150-200 degree centigrade.
