Ingredients:
• 2 pieces- katla fish
• 1 tsp- Ginger chopped
• 1 – Onion chopped
• 1 – Green chilli chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Remove bones from fish and mash it.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, chilli. Fry well.
- Add fish and remaining ingredients and fry.
- Serve with steamed basmati rice
