Ingredients:

• 2 pieces- katla fish
• 1 tsp- Ginger chopped
• 1 – Onion chopped
• 1 – Green chilli chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Remove bones from fish and mash it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, chilli. Fry well.
  3. Add fish and remaining ingredients and fry.
  4. Serve with steamed basmati rice
