Ingredients:
• 3 – large Potatoes (peel it and cut into quarters)
• 1 – big Onion (cut into big chunks)
• Fresh fish (no frozen fish at all) – 5/6 medium slices
• Fresh dill – roughly chopped
• 1 tsp – ground black pepper
• Salt – to taste
• Water – as required
Method:
- In a deep pan, boil about 1 lt of water. Add salt and potato chunks and boil till potatoes are tender.
- Now add onions and boil till onions become tender, but not falling apart.
- Now add fish and boil exactly for 3 minutes.
- Half way through the boiling of fish, add chopped dill and black pepper.
- Boil for 1 more minute.
- Now turn off the stove and your soup is ready. Serve it with bread.
