Ingredients:

• 5 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp – dry mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – freshly ground pepper
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped hard-boiled eggs (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.
  2. Blend all the ingredients gradually as you add oil.
  3. Chill for 30 mins and serve with a salad.
