Fresh Bitter Gourd Juice

Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Bitter gourd (chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (grated)
• Salt
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 pinches – chaat masala
• Pinch of pepper powder

Method:

  1. Blend the chopped bitter gourd, ginger and salt with enough water.
  2. Strain this juice and add the lemon juice as per need.
  3. Serve this juice topped with chaat masala and pepper powder.
  4. Enjoy this bitter juice for better health.
