• 1 cup – Bitter gourd (chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (grated)
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 pinches – chaat masala
• Pinch of pepper powder
- Blend the chopped bitter gourd, ginger and salt with enough water.
- Strain this juice and add the lemon juice as per need.
- Serve this juice topped with chaat masala and pepper powder.
