Ingredients:

• 1 large – Chicken, cut into bits
• 1 litre – Water
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 8 – Medium green chillies, minced
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger, minced
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper Corns
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 10 – Biscuits, powdered
• 4 – eggs
• 1/2 kg – Ghee/ clarified Butter
• Tomato ketchup

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces, suitable for frying.
  2. Boil the chops in salted water until tender.
  3. Once cooked, take the pieces out of the water, drain and dab dry.
  4. Squeeze some lime juice on the pieces.
  5. Mix minced garlic, ginger, green chillies, pepper corns, salt with the meat pieces and roll them in the biscuits crumbs.
  6. Dip the rolled meat pieces in the beaten egg and fry in a deep pan, with ghee.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
