Ingredients:
• 1 large – Chicken, cut into bits
• 1 litre – Water
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 8 – Medium green chillies, minced
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger, minced
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper Corns
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 10 – Biscuits, powdered
• 4 – eggs
• 1/2 kg – Ghee/ clarified Butter
• Tomato ketchup
Method:
- Cut the chicken into pieces, suitable for frying.
- Boil the chops in salted water until tender.
- Once cooked, take the pieces out of the water, drain and dab dry.
- Squeeze some lime juice on the pieces.
- Mix minced garlic, ginger, green chillies, pepper corns, salt with the meat pieces and roll them in the biscuits crumbs.
- Dip the rolled meat pieces in the beaten egg and fry in a deep pan, with ghee.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
