Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup – flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp- pepper
• 3 lb – chicken, cut into pieces
• 2 tbsps – oil
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup -raisins
• Fresh Coriander leaves
• 1.5 tsp – cumin and coriander powder
• 3 tsp – chilli powder (optional)
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 – green bell pepper, chopped
• 3 – Garlic clove, minced
• 1 (8oz) – Tomato sauce

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, stir to mix.
  2. Add chicken pieces(1 or 2 at a time) to the mixture in the bowl.
  3. Heat oil in wok.
  4. Fry the chicken in hot oil, turning it brown on all sides, put the chicken in another pan.
  5. In that oil, first fry the garlic then add onion. Stir for 2 min.
  6. Now add the remaining ingredients. Also add the chicken.
  7. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with rice.
