Ingredients:

• 1 cup (approximately 1.5 tbsp each dry fruit) – assorted dry fruits (cashews, almonds, apricots, pistachio, etc.)
• 10 – Dates (seedless) 1/2 tsp – Cardamom

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.The mixture will get crushed and moist.
  2. Shape them into bars or round balls.
  3. This is a healthy snack which can be part of a kid’s lunch box.
