Ingredients:

• 2 tsp – rolled oats
• 2 tsp – Honey
• 2 tsp – chopped Walnuts and Almonds
• 1/2 cup – apples, chopped
• 1/2 cup – banana, sliced
• 1/2 cup – low fat yogurt
• 1/2 cup – Raisins

Method:

  1. Layer the ingredients in a glass bowl starting with a layer of apples, then a layer of honey and nuts, then another layer of banana.
  2. Follow this with a layer of yogurt and then oats.
  3. Lastly, add a layer of honey and serve topped with raisins and chopped nuts.
